This month sees CET Infrastructure opening a brand new consultancy office in the heart of London. The new office, in Borough, is just a five-minute walk from London Bridge and the City.
The new office will expand upon the services offered by our Maidstone office; bringing geotechnical and environmental consultancy services to residential, commercial and industrial customers in the nation’s capital.
Core services will include:
- Site investigation
- Laboratory testing
- Interpretative reporting
- Phase I Desk Studies
- Phase II Geotechnical and Contamination reports
- Basement Impact Assessments
- Ground Movement Analysis
- Waste Classification
As a part of our continued expansion program, the new office will enable us to attract talented engineering staff from within the M25. The brand-new office will initially be home to a team of six qualified engineers, with room for further growth.
The London office will be headed up by Jack Hunter. Jack is a Senior Geo-environmental Engineer with experience of London site investigations and the geo-environmental industry. He has developed his knowledge of geo-environmental consultancy over the years, with a strong emphasis on environmental phased investigation; including Phase I Desk Studies, interpretive report writing, remediation design, validation testing/reporting and Local Council Environmental Health Officer (EHO) liaison.
Jack is looking forward to the challenge of establishing CET within London and growing his team of local engineers.
The new site is, in part, a response to the booming London development market. The residential sector is particularly buoyant, and this represents a great opportunity for CET to cement its position as a trusted partner for projects undertaken in London.
You can find the new office at 1 Long Lane, Borough, London, SE1 4PG.
